At AID Technologies, R&D and technical support is conducted in our laboratory. Development work can also be carried out at the client’s own test facilities.

Confidentiality is paramount in all what we do at AID Technologies and our clients can feel secure through the signing of non-disclosure agreements.

Technical Support

AID Technologies can provide technical support to customers identifying solutions to technical problems or complaints. We issue a full technical report with recommendations.

Product and Process Development

In developing or improving a product, AID Technologies will also assess the possible influences the manufacturing process may have on the performance of the finished product. AIDT will work with engineers to design improvements to existing processes and where necessary create new manufacturing solutions. This  will ensure the finished products are produced to meet clients specifications and quality standards.

Research & Development

AID Technologies has the knowledge and expertise to design, run and execute R&D projects. For blue sky projects, AID Technologies can work with research institutions on behalf of the client.

Application Development

The development of new products can initiate the need to alter or redesign the method of application. AID Technologies will work with clients and external engineering companies to devise new application solutions.

Project Management

All project work is linked to a deadline for completion - AID Technologies have expertise in project management techniques utilising software such as Microsoft Project.

Product Testing and Quality

AIDT can develop new test methods and implement quality test regimes that compliment existing quality controls and quality management systems.
